Limited Warranty

  • Warranty Agreement: By using your DJI product, you agree to these policies. If not agreed, a full refund is available within seven days of purchase, provided the product is inactivated.
  • Coverage: DJI guarantees that products will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use during the warranty period.

  • Warranty Service: If issues arise during the warranty period, contact DJI’s local service center or visit DJI's Support Page with a valid proof-of-purchase.

What DJI Will Do

  • Diagnosis and Resolution: DJI will provide troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, or online chat, including software updates.
  • Repair or Replacement: Products with warranty-covered issues will be repaired or replaced by DJI at no cost.


This warranty does not cover damages from non-manufacturing factors, unauthorized modifications, misuse, external environment factors, interference, or use with unauthenticated third-party parts.


Limitation of Liability

  • Responsibility: DJI is responsible for your product only while in their possession or during DJI-arranged transit.
